- (1/2/24) HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's been so long since I last updated this website... But like I said ealier, it's not dead yet! I haven't forgotten about it, and I have a ton of things planned for it. I'm currently on the last week of winter break, so I'll be returning to school pretty soon. And spring break my whole family is going on college tours for my brother, so I won't have time to do work on this then, but I'll definitely have time during summer break. I managed to finish this semester with all As, so that's pretty good (even though I barely scraped by on English, writing essays seriously sucks), and next semester I'm determined to keep my grades up. My New Year's Resolutions are to continue working on this website, procrastinate less, and become proficient enough at coding to complete the computer science class that I plan to take next year. I hope that you had a good year, and if you didn't, that this year will be better and you will be able to complete all of your New Year's Resolutions. Bye! :3
- (8/11/23) FINALLY got finished with my summer reading, and now I can finally work on this website- *looks at the calendar* and there are only 3 DAYS of summer vacation left >:( *cries*. It's been so long since I last updated this website, but it's not dead yet! I won't give up on this! Anyway, I'm going into a new school on Monday and I'm pretty nervous. I hope this school year goes well and that I keep my friends. I hope you have a great year too! Bye! :3
- (5/30/23) Just came back from camping. I have never felt so relieved to be back home. It was an awful place, with awful people, and awful facililties. The shower was so cramped that if I moved a little my skin would brush the moldy walls. And it's not as remote as last time, so I couldn't even get to see the stars. The only good part about all of it was getting to be by the firepit. Seriously, I don't know why my parents keep taking us camping. I don't enjoy it, they don't enjoy it, it's a pain to pack everything, and they argue all the while. Vacations are supposed to be relaxing, not stressful. Anyway, now that school is over and I have access to the internet again I can work on this website :). I'll probably update the actual site a couple of days later when I'm finished with everything I want to do now. Well, bye! I hope you have a better time today then I did camping! :3
- (3/26/23) Went to the library yesterday and got a nice 600ish page book to sink my teeth into. It's been a while since I last read a book for fun... And instead of reading more today I was playing a pokemon emulator ;-;. I spent a whole hour and I've only just entered Viridian Forest. Probably because I was trying to level up pokemon other than my starter to the same level. It's so tedious to keep beating up level 3 pidgeys and rattatas with level 5 pokemon that have only one weak damaging move... At least I did something actually useful today and studied. I still know I'm gonna fail on the quiz though (T~T)
- (3/20/23) First entry! Went to a high school play today, and watched Newsies The Musical. It was pretty cool, but there were some problems. There was this one girl whose microphone wasn't working, and another guy's mic sometimes switched off while he was talking. For those whose mics worked, their volume was good but the words were hard to understand. I don't know if it was because of the New York accent they were putting on or if they talked too fast, maybe both. Same for the singing, so I couldn't really get all the details of the plot. My main gripe with this play was the dancing. There wasn't a lot of synchronization; sometimes a couple of actors would be out of place or doing the moves late. As for what I liked about this play, the weathering and rust on the props were realistic. The orchestra sounded great and their playing was really energetic! The actors spoke with emotion and force, they didn't sound like they were reading from a script. Maybe I'm being nitpicky with all the criticism, these are teenagers performing after all. Even the worst performance takes a lot of effort, effort to be brave enough to go on stage. I would be mortified to play a character with only 1 or 2 lines. Well, that's the most intresting thing that happened today. I'm gonna stop writing now and actually work on my homework. I really need to stop procrastinating... Anyway, I hope you have a great day! Bye! :3
